These terms govern your use of getsitego.in and everything offered on it by GetSiteGo (M/S GET SITE GO, proprietor Preetam Gautam Naiknavre). By using the website, creating an account or buying a template you agree to them.
Our services
GetSiteGo builds websites and provides hosting, domains, business email, digital marketing and business software. Through the website we also offer a library of templates - websites, business cards, brochures, letterheads and presentations - some free and some paid. Custom work is governed by the quotation or agreement for that work.
Your account
You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to buy anything on the website. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or in breach of these terms.
Template licence
When you download a free template or buy a premium one, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own personal or commercial projects, including projects you build for your clients.
You may not:
- resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves, alone or in a bundle, whether free or paid;
- offer the templates in another marketplace or template library;
- claim the original design as your own work.
Sample photos come from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts, each under its own licence. Sample business names, people and text are fictional placeholders.
Watermarks
Free template downloads include a small "Made with GetSiteGo" credit. You may buy watermark removal for an individual template, which gives you a credit-free copy of that template. Premium templates are delivered without the credit.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout; the order summary shows the full amount before you pay. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Delivery
Templates are digital products. Access is granted to your account as soon as payment is confirmed; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
Refunds
Because templates are delivered instantly in a form that can be copied, purchases are generally non-refundable. The exceptions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The website, its content and all template designs remain the property of GetSiteGo. Apart from the licence above, nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, overload it, bypass payment or watermarking, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer and liability
Templates are provided "as is". We test them carefully but do not guarantee they suit every purpose or are free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
