Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Enquiry details: anything you send us through our contact, enquiry or "Customise For Me" forms.
• Order details: the templates you buy, the amounts charged and the payment reference returned by our payment partner.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs.
• Website analysis: the address of any website you submit to our free analyzer tool.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never received or stored by us. We receive only the payment status, amount, method and a payment reference.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and give you access to templates you have downloaded or bought.
• To process orders, send receipts and answer support requests.
• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations you ask for.
• To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one keeps you signed in to your account and one keeps our staff signed in to the admin area. They are not used for advertising. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run GetSiteGo - our payment partner (Cashfree), our email provider and our hosting provider - and only as far as they need it to do their job. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (generally eight years). Enquiries are kept for up to three years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by writing to hello@getsitego.com. We will respond within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) cannot be deleted before the legal retention period ends.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
